Decaf Matcha Christmas Decoration Pancakes Recipe
This is a Christmas tree pancake recipe that’s easy to make with your kids using standard pancake mix!
Ingredients
- Pancake Mix: 1 bag (approx. 180g)
- Egg: 1
- Milk: 130mL
- Decaf Matcha Powder: 3 tsp
- Vegetable Oil: A small amount for the pan

Instructions
- In a bowl, add the egg and milk and whisk well. Next, add the pancake mix and decaf matcha powder, and stir until combined.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat, then briefly cool it on a damp towel to ensure even cooking. Lightly oil the pan and cook several pancakes of varying sizes (from large to small).
- Once the pancakes have cooled slightly, begin stacking them from largest to smallest to form a tree shape. Place whipped cream and fruits between each layer as you build the tree.
- <Decoration> Have fun decorating your pancake tree with more whipped cream, sprinkles, or other fun toppings!
